aitransformation.in is run by Indranil Banerjee as Neelverse Lab, in India. This page explains what happens to information about you when you use the site.
When you browse
There are no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking on this site. The one form is the optional sign-up in our reports, described below. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (your IP address, browser, the pages requested and the time) to run and protect the site, for as long as its own policy requires.
When you sign up in a report
Our reports offer to email you their next edition. If you sign up, Neelverse Lab keeps your email address, the report and the page you signed up from, and the sentence you agreed to, with the date and time. If you choose to add them, we also keep your name, organisation, role, country, phone number and what you would like the next edition to cover.
We use your email only to write to you about that report and its next edition. The other details help us understand who reads our reports and shape the next edition; we use your phone number only to reach you about the report. We never sell or share any of it, and we do not add you to other lists.
Every email we send has a link to unsubscribe in one click. When you unsubscribe, we delete the details you added and keep only your address, the report and the date, so that we do not email you again by mistake. Otherwise we keep your sign-up until you ask us to delete it: write to hi@neelverse.com.
Sign-ups are stored for Neelverse Lab by Cloudflare, which acts as our processor and may store them outside India. To catch typing mistakes, the form asks public DNS whether your email’s domain receives mail; only the domain is looked up. To stop abuse, it also keeps a salted hash of your network address, which cannot be read back as the address, with the time of each attempt, and deletes these after two days.
When you write to us
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, keep them only as long as the conversation needs, and never sell or share them.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can withdraw your consent at any time, and ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Write to hi@neelverse.com.
